Welcome to the B Avenue Bungalows! Come kick back and enjoy the island vibes in this newly renovated condo right in Coronado Village and also just a short 5 to 10-minute walk to Coronado Beach. After your day down at the beach, stopping at the local restaurants, or taking a boat ride around San Diego bay, come back and chill out by the BBQ, or inside enjoying the smart TV or relaxing on the queen bed. Looking forward to your visit!

Other things to note

-The place is nestled in the famous Coronado Village, just steps to fabulous restaurants, coffee houses, shopping, and only a couple blocks from the famous Coronado white sandy beaches. -We have a limited number of parking spots in a private garage for $25 per night, depending on availability. Let us know if you would like to reserve one! -Freshly renovated, lower level condo complete right across the bay from downtown San Diego with a queen-sized bed and double air mattress to sleep 4. -Enjoy the at-home movie experience with a 55" Smart TV in the living room. -Enjoy the private bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen. -Kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and coffee maker. -Private, electric scooters are available to rent at the property to ride around Coronado Island. -Relaxing patio out back to enjoy under the Cali sun. -There is a shared coin washer and dryer at the complex for the unit. -There is currently no AC at the unit. We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and to protect your stay: -Guest Verification (think of registering at a hotel): When booking with us, your stay will be protected by our third-party partner, Superhog. We will provide instructions on how to verify by our staff or by Superhog directly. You will be required to upload your ID and other verification information. This protection is both for yourself and to protect the home. -All homes are equipped with NoiseAware, a third-party partner. This system monitors the level of noise within the home to help us comply with Good Neighbor policies. This system does not record anything in the home – it only measures the volume of noise. -To be part of the future of the Guest Experience, we provide the Guest Portal, which contains information like door code entry and wifi info, through the DACK application, from our third-party partner DACK, Inc. This application will need to be downloaded for our properties. -Please be courteous when using the towels and linens. Excessive stains may incur additional charges for replacement. We do provide make-up removing pads for your convenience! -Pets are allowed at the property for $150, with a maximum of 3. Please note there will be a $200 fee if a pet is brought to the home without paying the pet fee. -Lastly, please review our house rules. You will be asked to agree to them prior to booking. Note that some rules incur fees for breaking them: ----No smoking in the house ($100 fee for breaking) ----No parties on the premises ($200 free for breaking) ----No climbing onto the roof ($500 fee for breaking) ----We have technology that ensures that our properties are continuously running smoothly. Please help us out and do not remove/unplug any hardware at the property, as this may incur additional fees. ----Help us keep the place clean for future guests and please remove all trash and place it in the proper trash cans outside.
