When I first started with Greg, my wife and I were skeptical because we already had working systems in place, and we knew there would be some growing pains in recreating new systems. I have had a short-term rental for just under a year. At first, I tried managing the property with my wife. It went well for a few months until we got two bad guests in a row. Things have gone well enough that I recently finished renovating the second property and am going to have Greg manage that one as well. Now I can focus on finding more properties and deals and let him handle the day to day details which is exactly how I like it.
