This designer retreat offers ample social space with a full kitchen and living area. Two well-appointed bedrooms each have a private bathroom - one of which boasts a deep soaking tub. Added highlights include two smart TVs and central air-conditioning. Conveniently located close to popular attractions, your hideaway is a short drive to Ocean Beach, the Gaslamp Quarter, and Balboa Park. ** This vacation rental occupies the entire top floor of a triplex. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a gas range and French-door fridge. • When you're ready to eat, serve up tasty creations at the four-person kitchen bar. • Comfort awaits in the primary suite, which features a king bed, sofa, and an office nook - perfect for working remotely. The ensuite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. • The second suite offers two twin-over-full bunk beds and a sunny sitting area surrounded by a wall of bay windows. The spa-like en-suite bathroom showcases a walk-in shower, deep soaking tub, and a walk-in closet. • Tandem parking is available for four vehicles in the driveway. • Drive 5 minutes to Mount Helix Park and take in the stunning panoramic views of the area. We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and to protect your stay: • The minimum age to book is 25. • Guest Verification (think of registering at a hotel): When booking with us, your stay will be protected by our third-party partner, Superhog. We will provide instructions on how to verify by our staff or by Superhog directly. You will be required to upload your ID and other verification information. This protection is both for yourself and to protect the home. • All homes are equipped with NoiseAware, a third-party partner. This system monitors the level of noise within the home to help us comply with Good Neighbor policies. This system does not record anything in the home – it only measures the volume of noise. • To be part of the future of the Guest Experience, we provide the Guest Portal, which contains information like door code entry and wifi info, via our third-party partner DACK. This information can be accessed through a downloaded app or through a web link. • Please be courteous when using the towels and linens. Excessive stains may incur additional charges for replacement. We do provide make-up removing pads for your convenience! • Lastly, please review our house rules. You will be asked to agree to them prior to booking. Note that some rules incur fees for breaking them: -No smoking in the house ($100 fee for breaking) -No parties on the premises ($200 free for breaking) -No pets ($200 fee for breaking) -No climbing onto the roof ($500 fee for breaking) -We have technology that ensures that our properties are continuously running smoothly. Please do not remove, unplug, or interfere with any hardware at the property.
