The wet bar has a wine fridge and seating for three. • Play shuffleboard in the loft or slide open secret doors to reveal the game room - this speakeasy-style space has a poker/bumper pool table, a smart TV, and a Murphy sleeper cabinet. • Sharpen your culinary skills in the chef's kitchen, which features upscale stainless steel appliances like a double oven and Viking gas stove. A sleek island with a second sink offers additional prep space. • The ultra-private primary suite has a king bed and is free of windows, promising a serene night of sleep for light-sensitive guests. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower. • The second suite has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. (This bathroom can also be accessed via the hallway.) • The fully fenced patio has an outdoor kitchen and sink - end days with a crisp beverage by the wood-burning firepit. (This space is shared with the adjacent lock-off suite.) • Drive 5 minutes to Mount Helix Park and take in the stunning panoramic views of the area. • There is a shared laundry room available for use. We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and to protect your stay: • The minimum age to book is 25. • Guest Verification (think of registering at a hotel): When booking with us, your stay will be protected by our third-party partner, Superhog. We will provide instructions on how to verify by our staff or by Superhog directly. You will be required to upload your ID and other verification information. This protection is both for yourself and to protect the home. • All homes are equipped with NoiseAware, a third-party partner. This system monitors the level of noise within the home to help us comply with Good Neighbor policies. This system does not record anything in the home – it only measures the volume of noise. • To be part of the future of the Guest Experience, we provide the Guest Portal, which contains information like door code entry and wifi info, via our third-party partner DACK. This information can be accessed through a downloaded app or through a web link. • Please be courteous when using the towels and linens. Excessive stains may incur additional charges for replacement. We do provide make-up removing pads for your convenience! • Lastly, please review our house rules. You will be asked to agree to them prior to booking. Note that some rules incur fees for breaking them: -No smoking in the house ($100 fee for breaking) -No parties on the premises ($200 free for breaking) -No pets ($200 fee for breaking) -No climbing onto the roof ($500 fee for breaking) -We have technology that ensures that our properties are continuously running smoothly. Please do not remove, unplug, or interfere with any hardware at the property.
